APLICABLE LEGISLATION

This electronic contract is concluded in compliance with Spanish legislation and in particular under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November adopting the consolidated text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLDCU). These General Terms and Conditions of Contract may be kept and reproduced at any time by the user (hereinafter, the User or the Customer, without distinction) who makes a purchase using the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before payment is made for the products

BUYING PROCESS

During your purchase, you have to keep in mind that you can purchase products sold by hobbitalf store, being able to combine it the way you want in your purchase process.

To make a purchase in www.hobbitalf.es / www.hobbitalfstore.com the User must follow the following process:

Select the products you want to purchase from among those offered by hobbitalf store on website.

Select the product you want to buy and press the "Add to cart" button. If you want, you can add as many products as you want to the shopping cart.

Once the selection of products has been completed, you will be able to access your cart in which a summary will appear identifying the selected articles. 

In the purchase process, you can identify with your User account details or fill out the registration form if you are not yet a registered User. 

To finish your purchase, you will have to select the shipping method you want and you can choose from those offered by hobbitalf store.

Finally you must choose the payment system of your order among those offered by hobbitalf store on website. 

An order is not final until it is accepted by hobbitalf store

Once the order process is completed, hobbitalf store will send you an email detailing your order details. If you do not receive this mail within 24 (24) hours, please contact us.

From this moment, the process of preparation and delivery of the products sold begins by hobbitalf store. hobbitalf store shall deliver the product to the address indicated in the purchase process. 

As a Registered User, you can access your Account to view, print or download invoices for the products sold by hobbitalf store

FORMS OF PAYAMENT 
 

hobbitalf store has different payment methods to facilitate your purchases:

Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer is a simple payment method for making purchases over the Internet. The User can make such payment comfortably from their bank.

If you choose this payment option and once your order is finished, the data necessary to make the bank transfer will appear on the screen. We will also send you an email with this data. We will indicate the amount of the order, the concept you must indicate in the order and the account number of the entity you have selected. Remember that you must indicate as a payment concept the reference number of your order to avoid errors in the management of the same.

Transfers usually take approximately 48 hours to be paid.

Once the payment is confirmed, the parcel will be invoiced, packed and shipped.

Credit card

The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are all those with the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

The system also supports the protocol CES (Comercio Electrónico Seguro). Therefore your purchase is safer than if you use your card in a conventional trade.

  • GARANTIAS

  • All products offered on our website sold by  hobbitalf store , are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 18 mesos from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include damages caused by a misuse or habitual wear.

    In case of defective product, hobbitalf store shall, as appropriate, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which shall be free of charge to the Customer.
